The Inspire Collection's Weighted Silicone Kegel Training Kit is designed to revitalise the muscles deep in the pelvic floor with three uniquely shaped, silky exercisers. The set of three are made from premium silicone and ergonomically designed to assist as well as any kegel could. You graduate from the largest to the smallest of the silky silicone kegel exercisers with constant regular use. The weight range is from 40 to 80 grams, providing added resistance for you to work with towards far better results.

Being the most effective method to naturally tone your pelvic floor muscles, directly resulting in both far better control and immeasurable pleasure during sexual encounters. The heavier, smaller kegel is going to give you the most intense workout and your partner will notice the difference just as you will.

The three trainers are each finished with a long tail that stays outside the body for easy removal and like the trainer itself is made from silky silicone material. You'll love how quickly the silicone warms to match your body heat for a more natural feel and how soft and plush it makes the trainers feel. Use with a good quality water based lubricant and wash thoroughly after each use with warm soapy water or toy cleaner.

How do I use vaginal weights?

If you are seeing a doctor or physiotherapist for your pelvic floor they may suggest an exercise programme for you to follow. Here is a general guide on how to use the cones:

  1. Insert your chosen weight – start with the lightest
  2. Stand up and squeeze your kegel muscles so that you can feel the weight being held in
  3. Hold the contraction for as long as is comfortable, breathing deeply
  4. Relax your muscles
  5. When finished, gently pull the weight out using its tail
  6. Repeat daily, increasing the time up to 15 minutes
  7. When you feel comfortable using the lowest weight for 15 minutes, start again with the next heaviest
