Most orders can be processed immediately if products are in stock and you can touch and feel the range before deciding. Is it safe to use my credit card on-line? Yes. Internet security is taken very seriously. PayPal is a secure encrypted website that offers the most secure online payment option available. I do not gain access to your credit card information –
it stays with PayPal. I use state-of-the-art 256-bit encryption technology to protect you at the checkout.

Can I order on-line and give my credit card information by telephone?

Due to high instances of credit card fraud on the Internet, I will only process credit card payments over the phone if the person is known to me e.g. is an existing client, acquaintance or colleague.

Will you accept an order by credit card that ships to a different address?

Yes. If you would like to send a gift to a friend, or ship to another address, there is an option at the checkout to fill in an alternative delivery address in the Ship To section. To guard against credit card fraud, the Billing Address must match the billing address of your credit card for payment to be authorized.
For gift orders, please advise me in the Order Notes if you do not want an invoice enclosed with the package.

How will credit card charges appear on my statement?

Your statement will indicate charges from PayPal for Lynda Carlyle.

How do I cancel an order or change my order?

To cancel an order or change your order, including changing shipping details, you need to contact me as soon as possible. Note: If you cancel an order that has already been processed and shipped, you will be charged a 10% fee and shipping charges will be deducted when refunded.

How do I exchange an order?

To exchange an order please contact me. You will be required to pay further postage costs and a handling fee of 10% of the value of the order. If the product you have purchased has been removed from its original packaging, we are unable to provide an exchange.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Will my package be shipped discreetly?

Yes. All packages mailed from the clinic are shipped in plain brown paper or Australia Post bags. My name, Lynda Carlyle, and my clinic address in East Melbourne will be in the return address.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

The price for shipping will be determined by the weight and size of the package. The Australia Post Online Freight Calculator will automatically calculate shipping costs at the checkout.

How long will it take to ship?

I do not dispatch orders until payment has been received, so paying by PayPal or credit card will ensure the fastest dispatch time. Allow additional processing time for orders paid by direct deposit, cheque or money order.
To avoid delays, please ensure the address details given at the checkout are correct. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours and will be delivered via Australia Post (Parcel Post). This service is fully track able. The parcel tracking number and instruction will be supplied to you once the order has shipped so you can check the progress of your parcel online.

Delivery times are between 2 and 7 days, depending on your location.

NOTE: All parcels require a signature on delivery - if there is no one home to sign for the item then it will be taken to your nearest Post office to await collection. You WILL NEED to provide identification. There may be times when the Post person does not leave a postal advice.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please check the Post Office before contacting me to see whether you have a parcel awaiting collection. You can expect to receive your parcel within seven (7) days from payment of order.

See www.auspost.com.au for more detailed information on postage.

I have limited time and need my order urgently. Is this possible?

If your order is urgent, please contact me to ask for priority processing or to arrange an Express Post delivery. Additional charges may apply.

Do you send Internationally?

I am happy to do business with International customers but you will need to contact me for a quote on shipping costs.

I am interested in a Liberator Product. What are the shipping costs?

Your order will be carefully packaged with recommended cushioning materials before being shipped to protect your purchase. I do not assume liability or responsibility for damage caused during shipping, however please contact me should this situation arise and I will endeavor to help. Product replacement may occur, at my discretion but does not apply if only the packaging has been damaged, not the product. Photographic evidence of the damage should be taken.
