What Is Luna Smart Bead?

Luna Smart Bead is an innovative new touch sensitive pelvic floor trainer.

Developed by Lelo in Sweden, Smart Bead’s touch sensors monitor the strength of your pelvic floor contractions and automatically sets your training program. Smart Bead then vibrates to cue your 5 minute program pelvic floor exercises.

Where to exercise

Luna Smart Bead removes the guesswork in knowing how to exercise correctly by gently vibrating within the vagina indicating where to contract your pelvic floor muscles. Use Smart Bead by squeezing in and around the device in response to the vibration.

When to contract

Once inserted your Smart Bead will vibrate intermittently to indicate when to contract and when to rest and relax between exercises.

Smart Bead individualises your training program according to your existing pelvic floor strength and sets your program accordingly.

Progress training

Smart Bead senses when your strength improves and progresses your training program accordingly.

Your Smart Bead automatically sets your program at one of the 5 training programs (Beginner Level 1 – Master Level 5). Smart Bead also has the option of continuous vibration mode.

Smart Bead then recalls your previous training level and automatically selects the most appropriate level for continuing your training.

How to Use Luna Smart Bead

Luna Smart Bead is simple and easy to use. The one touch button on the side of the device switches the unit on and off.

1. Apply water-based lubricant to the tip of your device (avoid silicone or oil-based lubricants, hand creams or Vaseline),
2. Press the start button (allows 30 seconds for insertion before program commences)
3. Gently insert the device into your vagina while lying down  just as you would insert a tampon
4. Complete your exercise routine
5. Remove the Smart Bead by drawing gently on the retraction leash as you relax your pelvic floor
6. Clean with a good quality toy cleanser and water, rinse thoroughly, pat dry with a cloth and store in satin storage pouch in a cool location.
